This Privacy Policy describes how Real Squat ("the App") collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

Data We Collect

Email address — collected via Google or Apple sign-in for authentication
Display name — set by you within the App
Workout records — squat counts, session history, and challenge results

Data We Do NOT Collect

Camera footage — all pose detection is processed entirely on your device. No images or video are ever transmitted to external servers.

How We Use Your Data

To provide and maintain your account and workout history
To enable social features such as friend challenges
To display your progress and statistics

Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud infrastructure via Firebase (Firestore). Data is protected by Google's enterprise-grade security measures.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile screen within the App by selecting "Delete Account." Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
