Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Real Squat ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Device Placement and Safety

The App requires you to prop your phone up so the camera can observe your movement. You are solely responsible for:

• Choosing a stable, secure surface to place your device
• Ensuring your device is adequately supported and will not fall
• Using a phone stand, case, or other support as needed

The developer is not responsible for any damage to your device, property, or surroundings resulting from how you choose to position your phone during use of the App.

Exercise and Health Disclaimer

The App is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical device or substitute for professional guidance.

• Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or are pregnant
• The AI form feedback is approximate and should not replace instruction from a qualified fitness professional
• You exercise at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety during workouts
• Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort

The developer is not liable for any injuries, health issues, or physical harm arising from your use of the App or reliance on its feedback.

Use of Camera

The App uses your device's camera solely for on-device pose detection. No video or images are recorded, stored, or transmitted to external servers. All processing happens locally on your device. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

Accounts and Content

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Display names and user-generated content must not be offensive, misleading, or violate the rights of others
• We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the App are the property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, device damage, personal injury, or loss of profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
